The business is built around a simple principle: valuable opportunities are often created through trusted relationships rather than conventional processes.
Founder
Edward Magan
Edward has more than twenty years' international experience spanning commercial real estate, private capital and investment. He worked at Chelsfield Partners on the analysis and management of significant property investments, working alongside sovereign wealth funds, family offices, institutional investors and major financial institutions.
His subsequent experience has included private equity, venture capital and the origination and financing of investments across the Middle East and Africa. He has maintained relationships in the Gulf since the late 1990s and works with private investors, family offices, institutions and professional advisers across multiple jurisdictions.
Edward holds an MA in Economics from Trinity College Dublin and a Diploma in Real Estate Finance from Oxford Brookes. He is a graduate of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and served as an officer in the British Army.
